anyways 579USD for 128gb, if convert to SGD with GST will be about 830 dollars. paying 80 dollars for 1 year local warranty i still find it quite reasonable.

qoo10 selling those export sets some offers 1 year warranty top up which they charge abt same amount or even slightly more. how they repair your set u have no visiblity, or if in best case scenario u get a brand new set back. somemore need to ship back and they inspect, then they ship the replacement/repaired set back to you. turnaround time is quite long

however, the service level of the local service center is also another questionable factor hahaha!

they only service local bought oneplus phones. not locally bought will be rejected.

iirc, the service centre is at jurong point, inside gadget world.

if you are talking about local set address is this:

if you are talking about export sets, set will need to ship back to your seller they will access it, but not sure they will repair/replace new set and send it back to you

But the phone is hard to repair due to the glass backcover.
