Sigh, after getting this phone, noticed they removed AOD which is important to me. Coming from Pixel 2, this gonna be inconvenient...

Warranty only covers manufacturer's defects. Issues cause by users are not covered, eg cracked screen, water damage, phone bricked due to user installing custom roms. This is the same for all phone manufacturers. That's why most of the time warranty are useless. Warranty is only to cover for lemon sets, which are pretty rare given the current manufacturing standard.

Yup, I’m aware of that. I’m prepare to pay for it, just sad now it was with me for 1 week and this happened :sad:

My phone landed face down at the bottom left corner.as it's on a road surface, it pushed the corner of the case and hitting the corner of my phone resting the cracked. My heart cracked too.
