Even my dual sense controller preordered on18 Sep has not been shipped by Hachi. It was a separate order from my ps5 preorder. Dunno what’s happening.

Same... sent enquiry to the online chat.. no replies as yet. Major letdown.. though cousin from 2nd batch offered to pass me his set first if mine doesn't come. Still... this situation is outrageous.

Called hotline: Told me to wait for email, but can just go down to collect

Asked another branch who called HQ: Told me can just go down anytime. But should expect an email

Does this game support 120hz? Preview, I saw only running at 60hz max.

No... I meant to see the VRR feature. It will help with issues such as tearing and especially in games where the framerate is not at a locked 30 or 60fps.

Also, at 30fps, with frame doubling, you can still enjoy the effects of VRR on 30fps games too. It will be quite an enjoyable experience overall.
Hope Sony's promise on the internal storage expansion and VRR comes true soon. Can't wait to try those out as well.

Had a chat with CS from Hachi Tech.. indeed there was a major cock up with their system.. According to her, there is no batch 1 or batch 2 for preorder fulfilment..wonder how they determine whom to deliver order to then? She says will expedite on my order so lets see...
