During collection did the shop ask to take photo of you holding the box? TOG say sony ask them to take photo as proof. So weird...

LOL. That sounds fishy. I would be cautious about whether TOG is just doing that so that they can get marketing material to show how many PS5s they sold to customers...

If you find that your image has been used for marketing and there were no disclosures / consents, can potentially complain to Personal Data Privacy Commission!

Had a chat with CS from Hachi Tech.. indeed there was a major cock up with their system.. According to her, there is no batch 1 or batch 2 for preorder fulfilment..wonder how they determine whom to deliver order to then? She says will expedite on my order so lets see...

Smooth collection from TOG Bugis+
Bought an extra controller from them. But they don't have the original charging dock in stock, only 3rd party's.

They provided a carrier bag with TOG logo to carry the PS5. But since the box is huge, people will notice you carrying and walking around with a brand new PS5 anyway

They also asked to take photo with myself holding the box saying as requested from Sony. I was also told take a picture of the receipts and not to throw the boxes away as it is required for warranty claim.

Yes TOG provided me with a carrier. One for the console itself and another for the accessories and game.
