I also lor... today the gain city one lag like crazy.. tried for 24min..

Went to game extreme prior to gaincity pre order. They only have 25 sets:s22:

But just curious.. for ps5 pre orders are always around 20ish per batch?

Again, you are misinterpreting the difference between capability and certification. Ultra High Speed means the cable has been certified for that speed. It doesn't mean a cable not certified for that speed isn't capable of it.

Then from the result of a test on a single cable coming to the conclusion all cables are impacted. Sony themselves clarified the cable is 48Gbps capable. Unless you are calling Sony out as not being truthful, then the cable is 48Gbps capable. If you have sources showing, on multiple cables, this is not the case, please provide.

Sony can say whatever they want, doesn't change the fact that the cable is not certified and therefore not guaranteed to work for 48gbps, period.

I think there is nothing more to say about this so I will stop replying to you.

another issue i found:

my dualsense never charges past 2 bars, even left overnight.

i'm using back USB ports, and rest mode is set to never switch off USB power

when i tried charging it with the cable connected to a nintendo switch dock, it then charges to full 3 bars.

anker charger accessories also cannot charge dualsense. they wont charge at all, from all ports.

i can't wait for the charging dock to be available.

Try to leave more space behind if possible as PS4 & PS5 exhaust the hot air from the back.

I guess I can let it jut out a bit. I did a measurement and its roughly about 2-3 cm of space between wall and back of ps4 (horizontal placement). Its not just one of those enclosed spaces as its on a table top, so there's space around. Just worried that if the same spot (table top and wall behind) is exposed to the hot temp for a prolonged period it will lead to overheating.

Clementi TOG had around 30 or so on Saturday, I would assume that PS and other places with more human traffic would've had a bit more, maybe 40-50? Gain city's website literally died the moment it hit 12 today lol.

Ok, so no sources. Sony can't say whatever they want, unlike you. If they say the cable is 48Gbps capable. It is. End of.
