Depends on where you bought it from. I got extra 4 years warranty from Qisahn

If after 2 weeks never see the refund in your mode of payments, time to call in and chase them.
May need to go down personally to HN Millenia Walk to get refund

I am able to successfully register for 24 Dec delivery. You need to use the combination of 8 digits from first barcode and 7 digits from the second barcode. Also I used the delivery date as the purchase date instead of order date.

I realised that I was using a wrong link. I used another link which a fellow member posted. It's done successfully now, thank you guys. And HAPPY NEW YEAR!

2) You'll be redirected to Sony Entertainment Network website. Sign in with your User ID & Password.

3) After signing in, you'll be redirected to PlayStation website, where you can see a history of all the products you've registered in the past. Eg. PS4, PS Vita, PS VR.

4) On the bottom right of that page, click 'Product Registration'. On the next page, you'll see PS5, PS4, PS Vita & PlayStation Classic. Click PS5, follow the step by step guide & complete it. After warranty registration is complete, log out.

Its relatively straightforward. Just make sure you input the correct details (Model number, barcode serial number on the box, which retail store you bought it from, receipt/invoice number, purchase date)

I’m not sure but you may try to approach Sony retail store. I got my console and accessories at play e.

Don't get pulse 3D headset, many other options steelseries, blackshark, Corsair and audeze
