Do you guys keep your boxes? Or dispose of them? I heard people selling empty boxes on a Carousell, is that true?! Lol

KEEP. I keep all the boxes from PS1-PS5. Basically any gaming console/handheld box too. Too bad not large enough else I can hide inside like Solid Snake.

I have a hdmi paired tv with a ps5.

The LG CX OLED tv.

But i don't have any ps5 games that are 120hz capable. So cant actually provide an answer.

Tbh, u don't need really need a 120hz for ps5. 60hz is just fine.

Because higher refresh rates are generally suited for fps games and as far I know, people who play competitive fps that require a higher refresh rate generally plays on pc that uses mouse and keyboard.

Console games are generally of a non competitive nature and 60hz is fine.

I am coming from a 280hz pc monitor and I play competitive fps titles. When I use my ps5 on my tv, generally for me it's just for eye candy visuals for 4k gaming. The refresh rate don't really matter to me and 60hz still look fine.

But when I turn on 60hz for my pc monitor, oh yea its damm choppy and unplayable for me. But surprisingly for ps5, it looks smooth..or maybe I am using an OLED..so..the pixel transition is almost instantaneous.

Yup. Unless you don’t mind getting third party headset otherwise the wait can be really damn long. I preorder my headset way before the launch date and only received it like 2 days ago.

A 4K 60hz tv will get you covered for most games... at least for the next few years.. you’re good 😌

Yes, you will notice it in games like Cold War and Fortnite. But like another user said, I mainly play fps games on my pc so most of the time, I'm on 4k60. However, I did go with the Q70T just for future proofing and for VRR which sony has said will be coming in future updates
