anyone know anywhere still offering preorder for dec batch now ?

No idea too bro. Have you tried calling challenger/best denki?

Or even gain city ? When pre order opened it seemed gain city limited their pre order to only those who subscribe for early access news so they may be open to taking for December batch.

Sony official and Harvey Norman seems like are OOS for December

Pre-ordered mine at gamewerks! But those other official sony authorised distributors (their "offline" list) should be able to pre order too since they all get it in from same distributor.

which game u preordered ? the price is the same as the ones in playstation asia website ? i.e SGD97.60?

AC: Valhalla the standard one (no special edition for PS5). Price they also haven't receive yet. But should be same as official distributor's since they're one of sony's.

On a side note, saw on PS5 sub-reddits that PS5 games are 10$USD more expensive (with equivalent increases in like europe etc)

Now we have 2 months to go find a good monitor or TV that can really capitalize on the PS5 strengths.

I'm assuming basic specs are 4k + 120hz + HDMI 2.1.

Was planning a 55' TV. But can't seem to find anything affordable (<$800).
Alternatively was a 32' Prism + monitor $579

Any suggestions especially on the TV.

Just came across this article - Sony trying to tamp down fears that HDMI 2.1 is necessary:

https://www.techradar.com/sg/news/hdmi-21-isnt-necessary-for-ps5-says-sony-product-manager

Not sure how many games will support 4k/120hz at the end of the day though. Suspect the developers will save costs there and work on other aspects.

I got a LG 65CX oled tv just because my existing Samsung 60inch is not 4k but full HD. Change to an oled because I watch movies

Cheaper alternatives...u can get a LG nano90..it also has hdmi 2.1. U definitely can't get this with budget tvs like prism, xiaomi etc.

Tbh, 4k@120hz is not necessary at all. Dont think ps5 games can hit that frame rate. And ps5 games are non competitive games unlike pc twitch shooters. I have a 280hz monitor and I play csgo and yea after few months of using it, nothing to fancy about it. I can do without it actually

prism HDR is a joke. FYI

decent screen size but really is 一分钱一分货

4k 120hz is overkill at this point. if on budget, rather you get something with decent HDR
