I managed to secure my set at qisahn by trading in my old ps4, top up 660 for digital horizon bundle. Essentially selling them my old ps4 for $9. Haiz but no choice since I didn’t need the ps4 anyway just whack before price hike.

Gamextreme tampines bundle is real stupiak, 999 sgd for horizon forbidden disc + 2 old/unpopular games + either charging dock or headset from snakebyte. (Not worth it imo)

Play-e amk hub is selling disc horizon bundle at $958. Need buy the ice borne Velkhana figurine for $159 sgd (include figurine, steelcase, the digital code doesn’t work and has expired, metal portrait, art book, disc soundtrack)

Hope the above information helps for those still looking for ps5. Considering the price hike coming soon think the Play-E option is decent for disc version.

At least let you buy what. Local set. Anyway I already posted on where to buy. Hope the information helps. Paid 660 sgd for the set rrp 669, next month onwards the rrp will be 739 sgd due to Sony price hike. So I decided to just whack first instead of paying higher prices later on. Rrp up = scaler price up

anyway ps4 to me is just sitting there doing nothing so just trade in lor. I was intending to give it away but heng ah haha. I traded in another ps4 last mth too.

last month game xtreme bundle was not too bad. 855 for: ps5 digital horizon + extra controller, these 2 already 769 sgd rrp, then bundled some cooler + controller charger. Too bad now no more such bundle.

Wow even qisahn have dropped to those levels

I managed to sell my ps4 Pro and 2 controllers for 360 last month so there is still some value there. Could have gotten more but lazy to deal with jokers on carousell

Ya unfortunately, all these shops doing these things and Sony closing two eyes. Unlikely that we can buy at rrp without forced bundles from all local game shops. Even tog or challenger are some gimmicks like chance and no guarantee one, but my gf managed to win the lottery to buy ps5 at rrp but many others don’t win.

can earn money who don’t want to earn lol. Only way to stop this is by having alot more supply. These shops are hoarding lots of ps5 and selling forced bundles.

Expect a long wait for Sony store unless you plan to buy a TV at the same time.

Indicated my name with Sony months ago and was told to expect a 18 months wait. Then while looking at their TV, I was told I could get the PS5 on the following month if I buy with the TV at the same time.

For those who indicates your interest with TOG and receive your PS5, do TOG call you with a +65 prefix or email you to place the deposit?

They called me via a local number, no +65., the published number in their website. I got it after 3 tries and my friend got it for the first try.

From my experience the outlet will call you (no prefix), no email. You can call them later at night or the next day if their number is busy.


For the people who thinking of buying ssd, better buy it sooner than later.

As the ps5 supply increase, the demand of ssd especially with heatsink will also increase.

More demand = less stock = price increase.

They call with a non +65 no.

Just bought the ps5 Korean set for $785 from Qoo10 . Not exactly the cheapest as I believe it even has a $800 bundle with a additional dualsense controller recently . I expected there is a price hike soon.

This is not the 1st time I bought a oversea set. My ps4 was australia model.

Anyone checking Sony store website? The price for HFW w extra controller bundle has not increased yet. Not sure how frequently they update the website. Last Friday evening the disc set was available for at least 10 min and digital set for 5 min till sold out. Maybe there will be tlou bundle soon.

Yes, most of the games are distributed officially, so the product will be launched on release date. Game shops typically receive it a few days ahead but sell on launch day.
