1) possible to change O as enter and X as back like ps4

2) let say if I download the ps+ games and I deleted it. will the game be perm store inside my account library? I can retrieve back anytime?

1) possible.
via settings > accessibility > custom button layout (or something like that)

but i don't recommend it to change like ps4. sony will make it as default from ps5 onwards...
it will definitely take a bit of time to get used to it.

2) yes can redownload back using the same psn account you bought it.

I did try to change the button for a few days. I get confused AF as the button prompt still show the original layout (Screen ask you to press X, you will have to press O).

You can retrieve back as long as your ps+ tier is active.
