Pcmasterrace users will always feel PC is the best. If you look at priceerformance ratio, PC is actually really quite poor due its lack of optimisation.

Just like Apple vs Android, you’re developing hardware only for 1 ecosystem (console) vs a much more open system (PC).

One 3090 alr costs 3x the price of PS5 and that’s not forgetting the other parts. Does one really need to game beyond 60fps for non time-sensitive games like action/rpg/family genres?

PS4 = SATA2. So yeah, the fastest drive is an SSD inside a USB enclosure connected to the back of the PS4.

PS4pro = SATA3. SSD inside better.

PCMR is all about the TFLOPs, resolution, FPS.

Although I game on both PC & console, hard truth is cross platform game release is always develop & optimized for console in mind due to devs always have to consider the lowest denomination (console hardware usually being out performed by high-end PC) and also lesser piracy thus much more profitable in game sales.

What do you have in your pc that does not exist in a console?
Ram? Sad? CPU? GPU? PSU? Both pc and console have these items

I've been moving in the opposite direction. Used to greatly prefer gaming on consoles when I was younger, but I find it far more convenient to game on PC now. Own all of the current gen consoles; multiple iterations in fact, but I've only been using my Switch.

For some reason , i still prefer console, even though my pc and monitor spec is far better than console and TV.. maybe is the profile .. i do own all of the current generation console too .. some how i find myself stick to psn... even with game pass on xbox and pc game ..

I jus don’t feel like completing games on pc.

I bought bioshock collection during steam sales. Took quite a bit of effort to complete the first game. I dunno. Just dun have the feel I guess.

Putting PS4 disc onto PS5 console, will automatically upgrade to Fifa 21 - PS5 version.

does all game price generally go up regardless PS4 or PS5

if ps4 is cheaper and offer free upgrade to PS5.. then why would u want to buy a ps5 version of the game... when u can play on both system and cheaper still..

It should be up to the individual developer/publisher to decide if they're going to give you free upgrade and also depends on the naturé of the game itself.

If they do cross platform games, most of the features in the game will be there for both versions, except maybe PS5 has higher framerate and resolution? So means not justified to charge for upgrade.

but we all see the price of the ps5 games increases to US79.90. It depend on publisher. EA offering free upgarde to PS5 version of fifa21.. if there is no price hike in ps4 games.. FIFA ps4 is US59.90.. then even i do have the PS5 system, i just buy the ps4 version and get the free upgrade ... right ? then i can have the game running on both system .. (No at the same time)

not needed. just buy the ps4 version. you can stack up vouchers at shopee, q10 etc. and get it cheaper. got mine at about 50+ for the standard edition.

not going to play FUT at all this year as compared the the past 4 years.
