My friend who ordered 1st day 1st batch didn't receive email. So he went to call and was informed his set is not a launch day set. Will be next batch

You sure your friend is 1st batch? 1st day doesnt mean 1st batch leh. From what I hear, Emails are still coming in slowly. Not everyone receive same time

He ordered in the morning on the first day or preorders. So doesn't necessarily mean managed to order on first day means get it on launch day.

Like that really quite unfair. Especially since like some 2nd batch ppl got their emails. Wait awhile if really dont get then I think he should go make noise lo. Dont just suck thumb. Otherwise dunno when then can receive the console!

They never guaranteed is launch day set and never indicated anywhere ma. It was just a preorder
