Still facing the same issue, already contact Sony about it. They are checking on it as well. More reporting to them might escalate the issue faster.

It works for my set purchased from Sony store. You can try this link out as well if you bought direct from Sony. I tried registering via playstation asia, still shows incorrect serial number. Guess different set purchased from different store got to register at different site.

Just completed spiderman MM, storyline is short but the fighting scene is awesome, especially boss fight. For me its worth what paid.

must be rushed out to compete against xbox series x.. my xbox series x has been flawless so far.

crashed while i was playing miles morales

repaired automatically

asked me to repair my extended storage also, which i did

faced with a black screen while repairing, so i hard reset the consol using power button

now, my extended storage (Samsung t5 ssd) is not detected by my ps5 nor my pc

for it to work again, i had to format and mount the SSD using my PC

i have lost all my games on the extended storage, almost 600 GB worth.

WTF SONY.. GET YOUR SH!T TOGETHER

I suggest not to use or plug in external storage till they iron out the bugs/issue. Time being just install fresh into the internal SSD for the games u playing at the moment.

So far no issue for me *touchwood when playing spiderman mm, or even putting into rest mode etc.

Don’t think anyone would be that dumb to fall for it. If anyone were to fall for it there will be no one to be blamed except for the buyer who is so eager and no patience to game on the console.

I’ve approached the same seller too, tell you what. Troll the seller on Carousell and also the person on Telegram, call them out on their ****.

I managed to register using a link previously provided by another user. The serial number is a mix of the 2 rows of numbers ie 15 digits

for me, the issue that i experienced was when i install Spider-Man Miles Morales and it disappeared after installing. Basically, i should not hit the 'Copy' icon and let the system do its thing...

i encountered issues like hang scene in spidey, very slow response when pressed home button, LAN disconnected, download queue hang, download no response. Hopefully all these just software bug and can optimised with new patches later.

Haha.. happen to me too! I didn’t care much and when i power up (I usually shut down system) the PS5, it prompted me again.

No manual update as far as I know, I also accidentally skip the update for one of my controller, have to wait for a day or so (>24hrs) then try to connect the controller via usb again then the prompt will appear.

For PS4 Save game, if we upgrade the game , eg Spiderman MM to PS5 version, do we need to restart the game as new or we can import the PS4 save data to PS5 game version?
