Ps5 and ps4 AC Valhalla is censored to remove violence and nudity. Best to avoid this version and buy digital from R1 store.

Thanks. Wasn't aware of this. Seems it is Ubi self censoring thinking this was a requirement for Japan (and apply to entire Asian region). Said they contacted the regulator in Japan which they didn't (and have since apologised for).

Seems misunderstanding internally within the company. Not sure if this will be patched to remove the removal! Anyways, thanks for the info.

my fate tat 3rd wave will get it ahead of me

Yep I’m sure will only get next year already. Sad thing for us we are comfortable with the smaller shops as we know the staff etc but their demand to supply ratio for stock not good for PO

They have already advised not to plug any storage device at the back USB port.

To prevent these bugs, just download your games again on the PS5 internal storage from the store directly.

When it comes to the store, I hate the new layout. No price information and so on. Even on the website too. Horrible. Need in-depth clicks in order to finally see the pricing. The lesser the clicks, the better Sony.

True. It looks like all these companies are rushing their products out when 1st of all, they didn't have enough stock, second of all, their UI is not bug-free, and lastly, their UI can't even support the functions stated right on the product box.

All these companies rushing to have their products out before the holidays but they don't even have enough to sell. Then why rush?

I'm talking about Nvidia, AMD, Xbox and even PS5. All of them, rushing to release their products starting from October till November even when their warehouse isn't even full yet. Make customers rush down to queue so many times but still no stock. What a joke.

If they actually took their time to stock up like how it is supposed to be done, the engineers have the time to perfect any software bugs in the process too. And we'll get an overall, better experience than this mess of a launch where I have to read the news online so I don't accidentally trigger a bug on my PS5.

Its just not just Nvidia, AMD, etc, even AVRs are being shipped with a bugged Panasonic HDMI 2.1 chip. I was thinking of replacing my SR7008 with an SR 8015 but changed my mind after I found out about the bugged chip. Now I won't be able to get lossless audio when I get my PS5 next month because my AVR has no eARC, and I dun want to spend all that money to get a broken product.

Its truly depressing, nothing seems to work properly these days.

Source that all cables are impacted by the QC issue?Coz that is what you are saying.

I did not say that its a QC issue, I said maybe its like what Vincent Teoh suggested, a QC issue.

I think LiLAsN explained it very well in his post. The reason why TD's cable didn't work is because the cable simply wasn't rated for 48gbps, its like what I said, the cable shipped with the PS5 only says "high speed" on it, an HDMI 2.1 cable is "Ultra High Speed".

So if anyone is having issues trying to send 4k/120/4:4:4 with the cable, they should try an HDMI 2.1 certified cable like the Zeskits or the Belkins.

long story short, just get a 3rd party cable if it doesn't work, no harm investing on a certified hdmi 2.1 cable :s25:
