Question. Call Of Duty Cold War. Normal ps4 disc version can upgrade to PS5?

Was told must get the cross-gen edition then can upgrade. So how do we know which one is cross-gen version?

“PlayStation 4 version will have an option to upgrade to PlayStation 5 through the PlayStation Store. Please note: The PlayStation 4 disc must be inserted into the PlayStation 5 to access the digitally upgraded PS5 version of the game”

You will have to pay extra $10 eqv to upgrade to PS5 ver

Cross gen bundle is for digital which contains both PS4 and PS5 version

Ok. So not too bad compare getting the PS5 version which cost $8x to $9x .

Can i ask if there is a PS5 disc version of Ghost of Tsushima? If not, does it mean that buying the PS4 disc version will allow auto conversion to PS5 version with improved frame rates?

I’m also on Hachi PO, like that quite vague sia. Now already 3rd week of December, but they say like that can also be next year haha 😂 since “onwards”.

I believe the 20 dec is quite true as sony will release whole big batch to all retailers. Then release to us. Keep our fingers crossed.

There is no PS5 disc version of GOT... you are correct that inserting the PS4 version will give you higher frame rates on your PS5.
