I kinda gave up hunting for drops online. Just went to GameMartz @ Funan and deposit $200 today and pray hard the wait isn't that long lol. The staff in GameMartz did say the waiting time may take about 3 - 4 months and will let me know via phone call. I also registered my name in the SONY store since April but no news so far. I heard from SONY staff that they had a backlog of 800 customers to complete at that time. (Someone in this forum has claimed it has now reached 2,000 in waiting list)

if u placed ur name in various somy stores in April, by now u probably might get already. Different Sony store has different waiting list

they Will give you an account for you to log into and use for console sharing then can download the game on your own acc

i personally haven’t bought cause sometimes it may lead to console bans and i rather not risk it

Buying digital games other than from official sony/nintendo sites are highly suspicious and at a risk of ban from their servers. The games can be very cheap but the risks are also very high.

What you guys are both mentioning are the quirks with HDMI. Due to them having to redo a handshake, sometimes the handshake fails and all you will see is a black screen.
I don't put my PS5 to rest mode as the bad experiences with the PS4 games in rest mode has scared me away from ever using it. Games can sometimes be wonky as a result of rest mode. So I will just turn it off instead to avoid handshake issues as well.

It's just the quirks of HDMI due to Copyright Protection all (HDCP). Where if the HDMI Handshake between the source device and the TV fails, you'll be presented with a black screen. Doing something that will force a refresh/reconnection and thus a new HDMI Handshake is being done might help solve the black screen issue.

however, as I am gaming on multiple consoles, the save games on psn cloud isn’t as seamless, sometimes my save game does not carry over from other console, not sure is it because I didn’t put it into rest mode. If I start the game on another console, then the new cloud save will overwrite the previous one, which means that my progression all gone. Still trying to figure out what is the best way to solve this.

Urs is 1st world problem, many of us either own only 1 or still waiting for their console.

Haha yes it is but it also goes to show that the sync issue can be further improved. For console, don’t bother with online drops, just go shop place order and put deposit/full payment. They will prioritise you one once got shipment.

Go to courts need full deposit but will fulfill under 6 months and maybe as early as 3 months

I paid for mine in full and was asked to wait for 6 months to 12 months depends on stocks.
