For LG OLED C1 TV, do you guys get extended warranty? Or is it a waste of money? Planning to use the TV for PS5.

U can try Sony store (Westgate) and courts (online), think higher chance as I managed to get my sets from them without much waiting.

abit sian recently the ps plus games all are gamepass games. but then no ps plus cannot play online. sian.

313 sony is 'smelly'. in general, dont get why there are still people place name at stores/branches known to have long waitlist??? then complain wait long nvr get. this same overused excuse is like a neverending cycle.. some here even expect others to give their po slot at rrp here..smh.
drops on the other hand is a joke, in general if you not fast enough cn forget abt it. basically you are up against dk hw many mix of flippers/campers using app extension who sum do more than one checkout whn buying. thats y all the time see online store oos in mere 1-2mins.

anw you alrdy enquire them that day, they say waiting list queue by thousands right?? better chance is to put name at other sony stores other than 313. or at other nghbrhood gameshops. at most cfrm 1-2 mths get alrdy. just abit further from home/wrkplc is okay. back in feb, i stay east go westgate collect mine. both go n cmeback alone take mrt np.

Tbh it’s not even hard to secure a set. If you can’t get one it probably means you are lazy and can’t be bothered to put in the effort to hunt. It’s as simple as walking in to multiple Sony stores and putting ur name

No need. The money can be better used for other things, extra 2 years not worth. Oled prices coming down, 3 years later brand new 55 inch oled should be around 1.6k, while 65 inch will be around 2.8k.

Guess u might want to remind urself next time about being lazy when u can’t get the things u want. I would say majority of the pple here are trying to secure a set hence are poking ard to see what other avenues or opportunities are there to secure one. Asking for help is never shameful, it’s the pple that thinks they are above the rest are the ones that should feel shameful about. Just a little bit of empathy will benefit everyone, but I guess it takes a lot of hard work for some.

Don't bother for drop thru online, chance's are almost zero. Head to Sony shop and pre order.
Got mine on launch day, able to pre order at Sony store during pre order day.. pre order were available till late evening at Sony shop that day. Pre order mine around 4-5pm

Sony does require you to make full payment when they send you the SMS telling you that you are eligible to purchase a PS5. I went down to Westgate a week before to make full payment, then collection the following Friday.

Online drops a lot easier to get just need to the work of setting up distill, your address and payment info
