got my new PS5 PRO delivered punctually yest on Nov 7!
Inserted new disc drive and all good to go !

Today a relly fruitful trip walk in to Sony Outlet.
Really happy got my new Chroma indigo controller, charging station and 2 games with the 1111 discount sale at Sony Outlet! Just walk in !

Total damage $3x only ! by offsetting sg credits full amount rebate with extra $20 off.
and there's few limited sets of PS5 Pro in stock.

I tried chit chat with Sony retail there and trying my luck if there's any PS5 PRO console skin
which that those PS5 console cover on the shelf won't fit the PS5 PRO

btw night time right now I just tried Playing Astro default game, paid FC25 $4x digital and copying the spiderman2 - halfway I was shocked the PS5 PRO fan is so loud and hot. ( it should be due to placement issue it in a console with a shelf covered)

now I replaced the pro on the console top and running cool just v slightly warm. Need hunt for vertical stand next!

Strange that your pro is loud. Mine is super quiet.

Got mine yesterday, for some reason the box doesnt have any Seal Label on it..
Saw some comments on reddit also the same..

Placement of the console blocking the back exhaust hot air triggered high fan mode. Petty loud and hot.

Now no issue minimal warm placement on console cheers

Looks like the PS5 Pro file system exactly same as previous PS5 versions, i.e. no improvement.

Trying to download my PS4 game saves (538 files, 11.4GB) from cloud took around 30mins: 10min wait after selecting all PS4 files for Download button to ungrey, 10min wait to calculate download time and 10min to finally download the files).

For PS5 game saves, if try to download from cloud it will say the cloud auto-sync will be disabled if I proceed. Not sure why is it so.

Does anyone know more information as in when Sony Singapore fulfill the end Dec batch stock allocation from their online store? What is the earliest delivery date indicated if any? Apparently now their online store is totally OOS too

PS5 games save data is auto synced / downloaded I think. For PS4 games save data need to be downloaded manually. I did this to see if I can import save data for HZD remastered.

Yah, that's why I only downloaded the PS4 saves.

For PS5 saves, I think what it does is that as and when you start downloading the games from PSN or install from disc, it will auto check if got save files from cloud and download in background. I was hoping can just download all of them in one go

If it says shipping from end dec, it means just that, from end dec onwards?

If you urgently need one should just go to the various Sony outlets and if lucky can just buy on the spot since store allocation is separate from online.

Yes. I took out PS5 from box and immediately fixed the drive & SSD in it, connect power, network cable, HDMI etc and then boot up the system.

It will first update latest OS version & reboot, then it update my disc drive firmware, and finally it registers the drive online and everything good to go. It also recognises the SSD and proceed to format it for use.

Seems like all ps5 and ps5 pro products officially sold here in sg have no seal. Mine as well.

But those in US and Europe seems like having seal, as seen in youtube videos.

Also, the US packaging had a white box within the printed outer box, mine don't have that.
