Looks like there's discount for PS+ sub, hope SG will get the same too tomorrow!

I just googled it and indeed, there is such Japanese PS1 Box. But it seems that they also have coloured ones. I still have my PS1 console and box - coloured. Few years ago, they used the same brown black design box when they launched the PS Classic Mini.

I just collected my PS Portal 30th, also the box with line. I guess all SG getting that version, no feel to keep it after seeing the box. Probably will open it to use it and sell the original.

A few bucks more expensive than the PS5 Pro after including shipping, currency exchange & GST, bought from Amazon.com. Probably can get cheaper like $900+/- if wait for the upcoming Black Friday sale, but I no patience.

This model is slightly cheaper than the SN850P with Playstation branding, other than that I believe they're practically the same.

Essential sub have 20% discount for non-subscribers. I saw the discount since I'm not a subscriber currently.

A few post earlier I think got ppl say if you cancel your essential sub and re-subscribe then you will get the discount also.

Yah, Amazon US selling at S$800+ with shipping and Tax, thinking of getting another one but still deciding.

Edit: Amazon now got gift card promo buy $200 get $15 free credit, can buy a few to pay for the SSD and then use the extra $15 credits to get other things from AmazonSG seller.

no more liao lo, now days of play/black friday discount only kicks in when you upgrade to higher tier or get a new sub.

People are saying cancelling and go to subscription on PS5 can get discount.. but this is for US..

1- Go to your PlayStation account on PC or phone browser, click on your profile then click ‘subscriptions management’, then click ‘Cancel’ to cancel your subscription. You will see the note below how you can still get the PS Plus benefits until it expires.

2- Now turn on your PS5, go all the way to the left to PlayStation Plus Premium, press ‘X’ and then you should see 3 dots ‘…’ on the top right, click that then click ‘Manage Subscription’, and see if it gives you the option to re-buy subscription with a next payment date that shows $119.98. Which is essentially 25% off.

Edit: Some have mentioned that after you click ‘Cancel’, wait about a day or so. Apparently it takes some time and it showed up after for some.

Mine ending on the 27th Nov. Had it unsub from automatic renewal since a while back. Today went into the PS App and was surprised to be offered the discounted option even before the current sub ends!

I recall last year the sub had to end (and specifically after the timing that i originally sub in 2022 around 2pm) before I can sub to the discounted option.
