I completed bmwk. It's a good first effort from china with incredible art, music and production values and you all gotta be honest....the quality of wukong's level design is just not there.Astro Bot is really fun but I was hoping for BMWK to clinch GOTY.
still got borderlands 4, mafia and outer worlds 2.Just finished watching TGA earlier today and I was surprised there's Elden Ring Nightreign (multiplayer spinoff), Onimusha: Way of the Sword (reminiscing those days of playing the Onimusha games) and Project: Robot (from ICO, SOTC, The Last Guardian makers)
The First Berserker Khazan has a release date - 27 Mar 2025. Witcher IV looks absolutely stunning. And finally, Intergalactic The Heretic Prophet (Naughty Dog's new game) - neutral feeling about it, we shall see how it goes.
I agree with what you said about the level design to some extent, especially the last chapter which is the worst for me, cos I can't know where I am, lotsa trees everywhere and kinda similar looking. That discourages exploration. Its the biggest issue for me in the entire game cos I keep getting lost. It would be less annoying if there's a map or some distinctive marker. I became not so lost after going through the area multiple times as I've become familiar.I completed bmwk. Chapter 3, the biggest level, had the worst level design of the game. There's not enough landmarks to 'highlight' a location, thus the entire level kinda blends together, resulting in alot of 'where am i now?' walking around in circles.
And chapter 5 & 6 were definitely rushed with alot of 'cutting corners' (especially 花果山).
Yeah, just that I only mention those on my radar. I don't play first person games and I have never played the mafia series before.still got borderlands 4, mafia and outer worlds 2.
for liberty!
mafia is like gta type of games. borderlands is super fun.Yeah, just that I only mention those on my radar. I don't play first person games and I have never played the mafia series before.

However, this flaw is not a deal breaker. I still enjoy the voice acting, fighting all the bosses/mini-bosses, and the combat is its strength. Not forgetting the variety of spirits you can use and the secret bosses you can fight. Of course, it's not as challenging as Soulsborne games but the challenge is still enjoyable. I particularly like the ending cinematic and the AI design of the final boss. A little arrogant but that truly shows this boss' character. Still very memorable and I look forward to the DLC.
Yeah, and each of the Mafia games isn't too lengthy (maybe 10-30 hours?). Somehow, I have never tried playing the GTA series. I also recently found out that their stories aren't connected, like the FF games, so I guess it's more accessible for newcomers. GTA V is also back in the catalogue recently for gamers to try.mafia is like gta type of games. borderlands is super fun.

Actually, what's the thing with the GTA series? Or maybe RDR, Mafia etc (similar genre). Genuinely asking.
