According to seller, when they dispatched my item to warehouse, they submitted an incorrect tracking no. in taobao system. When the parcel reached warehouse, warehouse can't match because no. is not captured in system and got rejected.
Actually before item reached tb warehouse, I've already queried seller if they can resolve the issue, because it sounded like simple edit of tracking no., but seller didnt act on it. And when they told me warehouse rejected my parcel, they then suggested me to request refund in tb.
How irresponsible.

Simple to you but does not equate to others. It's 11.11, the peak of e-commerce sale, and logistics this year face a little challenge. And FYI, some sellers reject overseas buyers due to many complications and they will cancel order when they see a warehouse address. So, u might as well initiate a refund and wait for another sale
