Thanks for your guidance. I completed my first consolidation with 4PX using WeChat Pay via Revolut. I could not pay with Alipay because my account is not verified and it is expecting balance to be used. Balance is a feature only for verified accounts.

I like the way you set up the 发件人。Initially I entered everything in Hanyupinyin, including Lu instead of using the English word Road. I asked the CSO why they are not the 发件人？She said can be anything, just that the warehouse can not be the 发件人。It is for custom declaration. While there is a risk with no compensation when the package is lost, I noticed a significant saving with using 4PX. Ha ha. Not going to say out loud here. All legal and hope all who found out later will keep very quiet about this. I will probably update the 发件人 address to somebody’s residence in future. 发件人 name cannot be the same as recipient.

Logically, you shall be able to use ocbc digital app, grab pay, Changi pay to scan the desktop 4px Alipay merchant code. As long as that eWallet has enable Alipay+ feature. The list of eWallets are at alipayplus website.

do you setup the Cainiao phone app? And login it with your own Taobao credential. If yes, the 4px tracking status can be seen from cainiao phone app, at least worked on me. The tracking status will become invisible at cainiao phone app once it is delivered. The tracking status information at cainiao app is also meaningful compare with the one at WeChat 4px mini program or 4px website

There are certain things cannot be shipped by 4px. For example, power bank (pure battery stuff) but ok with stuff has battery in it. For medical, it must have OTC words printed at the packaging. That time still need to resort to other shipper. For face mask, ok with normal air shipment without additional charge.

The review of the app I saw was bad, so I need to switch to Singapore store to check I am not installing something else. The Singapore Apple ID is not mine hence I sat on this for a long time, since @HougangKid talked about Cainiao app. I will give Cainiao app a go soon. For my 4PX tracking sake.

I was using the browser. iPad and Mac show the same thing. 3 payment options on browser, but only 2 on mini app.

I have installed Cainiao app. Kena TSG again. I can get ready to quit Taobao shopping or go strictly for Popstation.

Roadbull was generally a good courier except during their last handling of Taobao packages. Wonder what happened to them ? Totally disappeared.

There is a hack to top up your own Alipay account via SGD. The SGD eWallet that can do as far as I know are Changi pay, grab pay and ocbc digital bank app. I setup since last year and topped up few times because I wanted to purchase few things in 1688. But doing too frequently may get your Alipay account be suspended. A lot of Malaysians are doing that and resulted being suspended.

Don't topup own Alipay with Changi Pay or Grab or TnG Wallet or OCBC app.
Your Alipay account will be restricted.
Mine got restricted cos my frens keep doing it to my Alipay.

Cos sometimes merchant split into 2 parcels but only gave 1 tracking number and i will miss the other parcel if 4PX doesn't help to tag into our account.

2. Is 4PX last mile in Singapore always the same courier?
Cos i need them to at least inform about delivery or drop a text once delivered.

2) mostly are SingPost and ninja van. Sometime will get this courier tsgcn

go to any website, for iPhone safari is this selection. Then choose “request desktop website”. Better to do it befor login.

Does anyone has any way to avoid card transaction fee on 闲鱼？Besides using 支付宝 ewallet as it it really troublesome to keep finding someone to recharge into the ewallet.

Workaround with 闲鱼 and Taobao app. Pay using visa/MasterCard inside Taobao app. Can’t avoid 3% fee and you don’t have to keep looking for people to top up Alipay eWallet.

Can you see that the one I circled was my 闲鱼transaction and appeared at my Taobao app because i workaround with it and paid inside Taobao app. Can’t avoid 3% at all.

I edit a bit of my post above as it may confuse people.

yes, you can top up 4px e wallet multiple times (per time is less than rmb200) to avoid that 3% charge if you are using WeChat pay or zhifubao QR code scanning method. It is the same as you are in China mainland to scan the merchant QR code thing. If per transaction is rmb200 and above, WeChat and zhifubao will impose 3% charge.

As for Taobao app thing, change your payment currency to CNY. Each payment if is less than RMB200, 3% charge won’t be imposed too.

See my latest Taobao purchase, less than rmb200 and no 3% credit card charge. Attached with YouTrip transaction with good exchange rate too.

I can't imagine no1 set up 淘宝代付 or alipay topup as a service, for 1% or less fee... There should be a demand for it.. (Alipay topup may be deemed as $$ laundry? But I think taobao pay-for-you should be legit service?)

I checked w/ the likes of taobao2sg and some on carousell, taobao (yes, taobao itself has a few offering top-up services), but all charging ridiculous fee 4% - 7.5%... Transferring using Wise to Alipay (支付宝, with mainland China bank account) only cost around 0.65% + S$6.5 for upto 31k rmb...

Or may be there r alr lobang/s somewhere? Pls share..

Not all sellers. Don’t ask me why. So far most of the sellers can avoid that 3% charge. Judd that one or two are not able to avoid that 3% charge.
