I most likely will buy the GO band.
apparently they didn't manufacture it as a smartwatch to keep costs of entry into the game low, so that's really nice from the developers to begin with!

all those articles saying that the game will be out in july are wrong.

It's just go+.

And yes it's ridiculous if the kit comes out before the game, else the kit will be useless.

But ppl can tell that niantic is trying to launch the game by july given the frequent updates and debugging.
