could be good
i dunno why but i get the impression reits prices increase over the years

is good to buy it early.

eh xd 20jan means if i buy keppell dc reit, eg, 19jan i will get divvy anot ah?

Yes, u will get divvy if buy on 19 Jan.

xd means 'excluding divvy'

Rough only in unit price, the payout for most REITs have increased, except for hospitality REITs as a whole.

IF you think current yield justifies the risk for holding REITs, price weakness may be a good opportunity to buy.

Eh you didn't check and buy? Around 5+% previously I felt it was overpriced and yield is low because only 5% but upon closer inspection you realized their assets, location and tenants are of quality.

I am like 25% down on sci. Else I will use those funds to get more plife
