What do you guys think of seletar mall? It seems pretty pathetic in my view. Lousy shop mix and low traffic. I rather dont add this into portfolio it might get dragged down in long run.

I went to take a peep about a year ago on a weekday evening, it was doing a roaring trade, so I believe it will be a good asset to add to their rather limited portfolio, cough, cough...

Personally, I don't like Seletar mall. Location is not good though it has a captured pool at Fernvale area. Paragon and Clementi mall much better.
