14% increase in DPU, payout twice a year so have to wait.

High payout mostly due to currency gains and 1 time asset sales. Maybe I've missed out something since I don't have a big position in this REIT.

Again a reminder don't be hard up over dividends, always study before investing.

i don't believe the rate hike risk is price in yet, if there are no changes in prices, look for annual sell down before cny or after cny.

holding cash in the bank for a few months is okay so long as you are patient enough to wait for a low price.
