Jsk. Avg price 0.75. Just bought like last month. Thinking still below nav by alot. If Reach 0.9pb would be nice.The 40% are the ones I bought in the past 6 months during price weakness
between 0.73 ~ 0.77
After deduction of trading fees I still have a gain close to 3%
60% I have them for years... if you deduct the dividends from cost they are at really low cost.

Ahem...Q4 0.5% DPU increment was padded with earnings retained earlier in the year. With only 2 properties to manage, they better keep occupancy at 100%, otherwise I suspect they're dozing off. By the way, CMT have 16 malls to manage...Steady performance. I think they have maintained 100% occupancy for quite a few quarters. Good job!
