for me i find cache and aims very similar in terms of revenue, profit, assets, liabilities, gearing etc. yet aims is trading at a much lower PE and premium to NAV... altho it does have a higher operating cost.

Also partly due to the China's manufacturing in May showing activity contracted for the first time in seven months.

I blame SLF

The STI fell 1.77% but the REIT index fell 4.13%. But seriously, REITs have overperformed for a while now so it was bound to happen.
