Bought more today at 0.188 :)

I think the price fall is greatly due to the sudden drop of Japanese Yen. My average purchase price for this counter is still below 0.15. If it drops below 0.18 I'll accumulate more :D

Saizen REIT 0.200 :D

Big Ang Pao given by Shinzo Abe :s13:

Bank of Japan going to double its money supply and also to buy 30 billion yen of J-REITS every year :D

If this means putting an end to 20 years of deflation and falling housing prices in Japan. (By taking away the purchasing power of Yen stored in bank accounts)

Things will start to get interesting in Japan... Inflation rises, house price rises, RENTs rises :D .... and goodbye to people who keeps their savings in banks

I also took profit on Saizen... It has fulfilled the reason why I bought it in the first place (undervalued company). :)

vested 10 lots @ .205 too

I've only divested 1/3 of my holdings in Saizen since its current price is still pretty far below NAV... while all the S-REITS except Suntec are above NAV. (Starhill and Lippo are not 100% S-Reits)

Will wait and see for a few days... if its price goes to its current NAV of 0.27 (more like 0.25 if consider Yen depreciation) means a potential upside of 30%.... too yummy to miss out :s22:

(IF price falls then I'll be glad to have sold off 1/3 at 0.205.. lol)

My thinking is the DPU will drop with the falling yen so yield will fall. So I also divested about 1/3 of my holdings.. :D

Counterparty of my trade was UBS. BBs buying? Since individuals don't use UBS.

Even if the yield of Saizen decrease by 20%, it should still be comparable to most S-Reits I'm tracking currently.

I sell because of North Korea war threat, Bird flu risk from China and Europe uncertainty. :s8: ... good to have more cash in hand if correction comes..then can invest more for dividend =:p
