FCOT? Haha. This used to be my worst-performing reit once upon a time going at 0.16 cts iirc - that is, bf stock consolidation.

Today, it's one of my best, second only to suntec.

sabana posted lousy results again.

dpu down for 7 successive quarters.

property expenses up 200% (can you believe the number?)

5 property converted to multi tenanted and the reit is struggling. 4 more property to be converted to multi tenanted this year.

wah sabana chiu.... last time I got it during IPO, think was $1.05... heng sold away.... the management really CMI
think they are a good example of why management is highly important, even for reit

Good times are over for Sabana... may still be far from the bottom unless they can turn around their tenancy issue.

you are right, the mother share vibrant is struggling below 10 cents. they cant even manage their own company, how to manage the reit.

I held it during the 0.16 days.

In fact, this was my first REIT that I went into.

I held on to it although it was range-bound and languishing in mid-teens for quite a while... because I believe in the so-caled mother hen instinct and by extension, protection. LOL

yeah sometimes when buying reits the sponsor/manager very important
if small and inexperienced... like sabana... really damn chui... can only see downtrend

Any defensive REITs that recommend to purchase? (Other than First REITs and AIMSAMP Capital)
