Do reits fall by the DPU on XD, similar to normal stocks?

Usually, most of the time.

Sometimes can fall more or less than the DPU...

I was looking at sabana last year when i just started investing too. But heng the lau jiaos here say dun buy and intro other alternatives like cmt...

That's why I recommend just buy only, don't see XD hope for drop or what. Buy before XD take divvy also song!

I consider this really satisfactory result
If I'm holding hospitality REITs for long term, this will be one on my watchlist

ooo thanks mate. HAHA.. yes i recall i took 9cents liao.. money take and spent liao forgot. no wonder gave me a shock why cut by 1.2. I recall they gave extra to uniholders for the private diluation of shares. ok.. i add more cache today
