Personally I would avoid Industrial, Hospitality and emerging market REITs for now due to their uncertainty. (Not saying they are bad, just that they have more economic headwinds for future)

Healthcare should be resilient, retail & commercial have most of their future challenges accounted into the price decline already in y humble opinion.

Most importantly, pick well managed REITs

MGCCT Delivers 11.6% DPU Growth for 3Q FY15/16 vs 3Q FY14/15

1.854cents :)

Even better, the fee structure of the manager is more aligned to the interests of unitholders. :D

A portion of their management fees is tied to DPU growth.

next qtr might be same right?

so 18.54x2 = S$37.08 per lot to be pay in Apr right?

Yup. More or less the same bcos they have renewed or replaced 92% of the portfolio leases due for expiry this year (another strong point of the management :D)

Plus, they managed to secure these new leases at big positive rental reversions! I thought the Hong Kong and China markets are not doing well.....hahaha

Yup, they are competent. Not excellent but still competent so far.

Currently more than 800,000 sqft of their portfolio remains under-utilised so there is an opportunity for organic growth in the future which is what they are currently doing at redevelopment of 30 and 32 Tuas West Road :D
