ya private funds also got managment fees, yearly recurring income song song

however the big $$$ is performance fee

last time management got say before their PF historical returns is in the high teens (15%+)

harmony fund (30%++)

end of 10 year cycle of the PF, when divest... get a big sum... sibei shiok... like how it was in 2014, end of dragon fund 1

instead so low sia........no wonder my portfolio beta became 0.8
