Actually have xxx due to unlisted cash holdings. :)

In the early days, I had asked Evan to consider implementing a unit valuation system like a hedge fund that will track holding cash. This cash acts like a drag on performance and all our beautiful XIRR will be downgraded.

However, it is a truer measure of overall performance and also against inflation.

Evans has done an incredible job since the early days I joined. I am sure he will get round to it. :)
