Leaving it here for those that are looking to convert prepaid to postpaid as 3G shutting down after July.
Also, prepaid to postpaid can be done by Changi Mobile and SIMBA as far as I have found out, for those looking for other options.

I believe ST's 5G is both SA & NSA depedent on location. 5G reception most of the time for me intermittent fallback to 4G in MRT , also do face occasional hanging which again, requires Airplane mode data reset.

Looks like is not just me who is receiving bad service from Singtel for years.

Am I also crazy to say that M1 services seems better than Singtel? Especially at some places which Singtel is totally a dead zone.

seems too. Most people would think singtel fares better. But people around me think otherwise, based on their experience, M1 works for them better. The places they visit and stay and it's under the sun. Singtel still has it's users that suits their usage. Different people different usage.

That is a problem unique to ST. For allocating part of the 4G network to 5G NSA, the main 4G network got worse. And for consumers using ST 5G, it is essentially 4G at higher speed (NSA) and true 5G (SA) at specific areas only. I pay higher for 5G but end up with something like 4G+ experiences.

I left ST plan due to their overcharging. After previous re-contract, there was some mix-up which led to overbilling. Few email exchanges cannot solve the issue. Some don't mind paying slightly higher, but most don't pay for troubles.

few k monthly charge services also not good either, troubles as usual

Interesting, my lunch kakis with Singtel and Starhub usually have not much issues. M1 users were having issues and I believe no one uses M1 now.

I do notice the drop of quality of Singtel 4G connection. But when I had the three month free 5G access I did not encounter issues (mainly using NSA and disable SA).

With the new recontract plans at S$22.92 with pure 5G data, I will stick with Singtel later this year when recontract.

Jurong Point got SingTel, Starhub and M1 Shops. SingTel and Starhub shop are quite busy and M1 shop is the only one not so busy. Of course you can say the M1 shop is relatively new...

just today onwards i realise my calls don’t drop to 4g anymore and stays on 5g, regardless of SA or NSA. does this mean singtel is starting to use vonr? although there isn’t such setting on my iphone as compared to my other lines with starhub/m1
