If you're very sure that you didn't submit a new application last month, then check with their CS as to what's going on.

It is not a recontract.

Whenever you changed the plan, they will refresh the plan details.

You can see in your screenshot that no minimum subscription period.

As for the promotion valid date, you can ignore that one.

Bro, you have tested this ST $15.x plan is it better than Zym / Z1 for example? Just curious .. in terms of latency .. speed and connectivity i am aware some place like Mrt underground will have issues.

I've not used Zym before, and Z1 only for a short while.

Figured that for 1531 with a not-perfect MNVO, I might as well get 1528 with the MNO. My Z1 is history already.

To clarify, was this in shop or some online CSO?

I have realised that the call centre is overseas (probably Malaysia) and have given me contradictory info before.

Ask the in-shop staff.
