That is interesting. By right the Ej8ocp90 thingy means that it is a special offer targetted at you. Last time it would be redirected to Singtel WhatsApp channel and then the Singtel Staff (or even the useless Shirley AI bot) would be able to handle the recontract.

But this year indeed the link seems to go to the special offer website. For my case, the application was approved (about 2 months before contract expires).

Mine was approved too with 3 months left using the link given in the sms/email.

Still very weak signal in DTL. 5G can suddenly turn off along beauty world and newton mrt

Used the free 1 month trial, then I tried to re-contract using https://www.singtel.com/personal/products-services/mobile/eform/simonlyplus-form but got an automatic rejection SMS stating "not eligible for this scheme".

they probably closed the loophole liao.
just last month someone was successful in doing this exact thing, but he encounted quite a bit of resistance during the back and forth with the CSO while on the phone.

I used the 150GB Non CIS link, It was approved but was given the 200GB (First 6 months deal). By right my Sim only only expire in 08 Nov 24 but they waive off the penalty for me it's around 20+ dollars

I agree and their statement is not true.
I mentioned b4, DTL has many deadzone across the strench of Beauty world and king albert park station.
Not even proper 4G coverage letalone 5G.
Newton MRT is also another deadzone.

ST CEO should be fired for making the wrong comment
