but they offer me another one that is similar to the web site.

but 4g i feel they purposely slow down the speed, if i want to cont 5g i have to add on additional for $6 which im not gonna do it

If singtel can't even provide good stable data connection, then there is other better operators. It really depend where you frequent. Singtel will try to upsell priority pass.

I remember newer mrt lines, simba fared much better. Like DTL and TEL.

it hits the $191 very quickly, but if you think it's "unlimited full speed data" after that, st will throttle.

Why?

Singtel will usually send you SMS/Email offer to ask you to recontract. If not, click one of the special link to recontract.

And usually the users of this plan will not exceed 100GB anyway.

Ikr, never once I exceed with 150GB, at most one month use a max of 40GB, even 100GB I also okay. When see good recontract offer and left with 1 months, just go for it or find special link, we don’t need to think too much. $20.37 for 5G is another steal for main telco.

i yesterday sign up on the web site. suddenly today i just receive a service agreement form for the recontract under the plan. like totally wtf?

It is like that. If Singtel accepts the order and they will send you the service aggrement (within 3 working days) by email. No call or WhatsApp needed.

If they reject your order, then I am not so sure what they will do to contact you. All my previous orders by clicking the special offer link got accepted.

I think you will have bigger problems to sort out if a hacker got hold of all these information...

Take note this is for recontract, so they will check if you are an existing customer.

That is perfectly fine. You can still do that for your other queries (eg: to cancel the add-ons, billing enquires, etc) after the subscription using the web link.

They will send an sms informing that the promotion is not eligible if they cannot offer you with the special plan.

confirmed with CSO, mine is also 200gb first 6 mths then 100gb after that. i guess it's fine with me
