can I check for people who recontract using the link - are there any admin charges or SIM fee (e.g. $10.90)?

Thinking of porting into Singtel free e-sim trial and then recontracting after the 1 month, but not sure if it would work or if there are any other fees involved.

Yeah, seems like the eSIM trial link is no longer valid.
IIRC, it was still available in APR/MAY25'

i think first and foremost your coverage must be good, and priority doesn’t help with coverage. it helps with preventing ‘airplane mode’, whereby you have full bar but no data is loading due to congestion, that’s when priority would be useful

coverage of 1 bar signal no matter how much priority will still only be 1 bar.

either feedback to them to improve or change provider.

Coverage is your root cause, so paying for priorty service is pointless if you cannot even obtain service coverage reliabiy.

Thanks guys, I tried using https://www.singtel.com/personal/products-services/mobile/eform/simonlyplusform last night, today 10am I got the SMS and email showing me the new contract agreement reflecting this deal

i got 2 sim in my hp, one singtel one eight (for roaming)

this 2 sim in my oppo find n5, singtel & eight both full bar

another singtel sim in my spare phone - iphone 16 pro max only 1 bar lol.
(this shows that iphone hardware sucks)

how can both at the same location same timing, one full bar the other only 1 bar.

phone spoil sometime antenna wire loose also weak or no signal or yours is export set and dont have the SG network bands also possible maybe you bring to apple and complain poor signal if still under warranty

none of the above, i have been using iphone since iphone 3GS, every time use Singtel sure only 1 bar nia.

besides originally when iphone launched last september 2024, i bought iPhone 16 Pro. (also 1 bar on singtel)

i found the phone screen too small for my old flower eyes, so changed to 16 Pro Max. (signal also 1 bar)

tried & used the following, all also 1 bar for singtel, the rest like starhub, m1 all full bar

cannot be all the iphones i bought all network antenna spoil mah lol

I dun buy export sets cos due to no warranty

I even called Singtel to complain many times until they also buay tahan

iPhone reception is known to be weaker than android phones, especially china phones have a leading edge in cell reception.

My current 20.37 contract is expiring in August and successfully signed on to the 15.28 plan contract after submitting application yesterday evening. Plan will be activated on 8 June.

iPhone and Samsung phones had weak antennas. Those brands which I tested and had good antennas are Huawei, Asus and Honor. Asus and Huawei, I can talk in the lift throughout where iPhone and Samsung will drop calls for me. My own experiences real life.
