my 12months 15 plan ending soon but never get any sms offer yet, can just chat with cso on whatsapp for it?

3 ways.
1. Sign up here....they auto email u the agreement contract via email.

2. Chat with the singtel whatapps , say u want to recontract... then they will process the request for u.

3. Go shop recontract, they will charge admin fees tho.

Singtel is not like Eight (2 lines per ID) nor Simba (4 lines per ID).

Cannot switch existing plan to Senior $6 (1 line per ID). New line or port in only.

Senseless, but that's Singtel for you.

Please don't go find CSO, it's supposed to be "targetted hidden link" so just go apply through the link

Oh ya, just to add, apparently, changing from a 12-month plan, to a no contract plan is considered a downgrade. I had a chat w ST folks as I wanted to change my enhanced lite plan to enhanced core (no contract plan) so that i can then change to the 15.28/mth plan.

Downgrade coz they'll earn less money if you port out or cancel the line within a year coz there's no contract.

haha yeah i tot so but that is not the case after i spoke w 2 customer service officers. The moment you change to a no contract plan, its a downgrade, even if the plan that u "downgrade" to cost more than your current plan. i also asked about changing from an enhanced core lite plan to a no-contract priority plus plan. That is a downgrade too. haha
