My 15.28 plan contract is ending in 2 months. Can I just sign up via the link again for another 12 months on the last day of the last contract month? Or what’s the next best alternative

I usually do it one week or two weeks before the contract expiry date. My SingTel S$15.28 line contract expiry date is on 13 August 2026. So I will click the link early August 2026.

Others prefer to do it earlier, say one month or two months earlier. Some reports even mentioned about three months (which may be more likely to be rejected).

Do not do it on the last day as it may take up to three working days for them to accept or reject your order.

There is a recent report of the recontract order being rejected by SingTel.

Has anyone successfully signed up with the $15.28/mth plan with the 50gb msia data roaming one ?
I tried 2 times.. failed. says im not eligible. Note i have finished my previous $15.28/mth plan liao. so wanna "renew"

Did you click the link mentioned in the following thread?

Thread '⚡️💻 README First! How to Select Low Cost SIM Only Plans in Singapore? ✨' https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/...low-cost-sim-only-plans-in-singapore.7167328/

What do you mean by failure? SingTel rejected your order?

I did.
yes singtel rejected my order.

Wonder why reject recontract unless the promotion no longer valid or they force people choose alternative

I called in… they say the promo no longer valid and all. I said the promo is right in front of me on the screen wdym not valid. Want me to upload screenshot and all of which their upload link didnt work. After much ding donging back and forth then they “goodwill” offered me back the same deal.

and guess what… its again another 3mths contract. Same as my previous 15.28/mth. but the bundled deal is valid 12mths.

If it is three months only, I will give up myself and move to other providers.

My top choices as of now: all no contract.
1) Singtel hi! S$13/15 5G plan
2) StarHub 5G LITE Passion Card offer at S$17.6 per month
3) StarHub Prepaid 5G S$15 plan.

The problem with Choice #2 and #3 is that I will be fully on StarHub network. Now we have three StarHub Prepaid S legacy 5G plan and one eight S$8 4G plan, then two Singtel S$15.28 main lines, total six active lines for myself, my wife and my daughter.

I also keep one line for testing (Maxx S$12 5G, Zym 4G with 5G trial, and now Singtel hi! 5G S$13 plan).

I will not consider the S$20.37 per month Singtel offer sent to me, if the S$15.28 recontract got rejected.

You called in to ask about the 1528 plan? We actually suspected they started rejecting because of the calls others made earlier (some even before trying), coz this isn't an "open offer" that we felt those CSO didn't even know about.

Time and again some of us have been reminding not to call/ask CSO about this, but...

Anyway, we're ready for them to end this once and for all in the near future.

Any idea if Singtel hi! Postpaid is directly under Singtel or like Gomo, they consider it a separate thing altogether?

Asking because Singtel only allows 1 Senior plan per NRIC, and friend already has that but thinking of getting another plan under Singtel hi! Postpaid Senior. I think that's $6/mth.

If not will have to go to Gomo Senior, and even thinking of getting the Oppo phone offer with 1-year "free subscription"...

Like Gomo. Gomo and Singtel hi! may share the same support and backend.

Gomo Senior plan is better at S$6 as it is 5G. Singtel hi! Senior plan is 4G only at S$5.

For my main lines, I will not consider 4G, just my personal preference based on my testing -- StarHub Prepaid S 5G and Maxx 5G beat Singtel hi! 4G based on my own testing.

so you have been on a 3-month $15.28 plan? the $15.28/mth plan cannot call in. When i was trying to change from my enhanced lite to this plan, i chatted with 2 different hotline officer (wo specifically mentioning abt the 15.28/mth plan). I gather that the hotline folks run very differently from online etc. They have no clue of whatsoever promotions that have been shared in this forum.

Thanks for the reminder. I'm not going back to 4G. Gomo it is!

my $15.28 plan was on contract for 3months, but the bundled deal will be valid for 12 mths (as per service agreement). I know some others who have recontracted got it as 12mths contract.
I have successfully recontracted via the secret link 2 times. And this latest time i tried again they rejected. Hence the call in. ngeh ngeh ask me take up the existing "promo" which obviously is worst off. wasnt even offered a 20.37 plan (though i wont take up). I was that close to jump to the Starhub offer. I stayed on coz I have a spare line which is the protect plan for $4.90/mth 5gb with 5G+. If i give up the main plan, then this protect plan has to go also.

Anyway i will consider xiaofan's suggestion. Leave after 3mths to Starhub and never bother about pleading with the telcos about signing on again. as for protect plan.... see what other $5 plan i can take up.

why suddenly have this 1528 3-month plan sia...
They probably give due to his insistence but it's either not going to happen again or just giving themselves time to plan what they're going to do going forward.
