but Msia roaming, i need sia.... time to time would like to do a day trip or two to JB~

Mine remained as $15.28/month for my October billing, 5G access and caller ID auto extended to Jul 2028 without do anything.

Just received the Oct 2026 bill (17 Oct to 16 Nov 2026) in MySingtel app, no extra charges, just S$15.28.

you guys did not renew contract but still got $15.28 bill ?!

from my bill, these will be ending for me - additional 510 GB data and Malaysia roaming.
yes.. 5G and caller-id is written in my bill to end sep 2028..
still consider if i should take up the $19 new contract. too used to go JB without worrying of data
strange they didnt remind me to renew

Many of us got the extension in August 2026. So you got the extension in Sept 2026.

Actually my first S$15.28 line got the extension in July 2026 after successful recontract (250GB+120GB=370GB local data with Malaysia roaming). My second S$15.28 line got the extension in August 2026 but failed to get the recontract (now at 40GB + 300GB = 340 GB without Malaysia roaming)

If you need Malaysia Roaming, just go ahead with the S$19.25 5G+ Enhanced plan.

yes, i sub to 15.28 with msia roaming, expire like 2 weeks ago, still charge 15.28 just reduce local data from 550gb to 340gb, no more msia roaming. 5g and caller id extend to 2028

if u dont need msia roaming, can just stick to the same plan same price, if u need msia roaming, can either try to recontract via their whatsapp where some user said they manage to recontract same price with msia roaming, if not sub to 19+

Today I try to sign up Enhanced Lite sim only plan $19.25 wanted to port 2 line from Zero 1 & ZYM. just now I just received the call from singtel 1609 just to confirm my & chosen to port in Zero 1 don’t have button to select only other just to confirm from Zero 1 SIM card delivery to my house on Monday 9am to 12pm. Activate from Zero 1 & ZYM to singtel on 27 October

Now it is 340GB local data + 1000min call + 500SMS. MY roaming data is gone. Will keep an eye on this month bill

did u have any installment plans when u downgrade? bloody singtel, i wanna get the oppo x10pm 36 mths installment, last time i can get pixel 8 installment with the $15 sim only plan, now they tell me this oppo x10pm cannot, must get enhanced plans, i see enhanced core plan no contract, dont know if can "downgrade" anytime with installment

sad...suck thumb i had to "upgrade" my expired contract sim only $15 (promo until aug 2028) to the $19.25 enhanced lite plan in order to get the oppo x10pm for installment, they dont allow for the $15 to get phone with installment, same for my mum $6 senior plan. better than getting their stupidly expensive $35/40 sim only enhanced plan.

for the $15 plan it seems they are trying to discontinue the old price and to increase price to $20.37/mth. i receive sms for the promo. this $20 allow installment device
