To be honest, I've had the most pleasant data experience with Singtel as opposed to StarHub and M1.... Just my $0.02 on this matter.
I'm afraid that I'd have to agree. I can understand why people dislike stinktel. Yet, their coverage is the best. M1 has weird blind spots even in town where both stinktel and starsucks work well.
Myrepublic and m1 offer better roaming plans.
Singtel gomo target younger adults. Hopefully when they roll out data roaming, it's more worth it. Current data roaming on Singtel is not value for money.
No line for a few days? I could use my GOMO SIM card immediately the moment I received it. Only had to restart my phone.Does GOMO still have issues? Previous month had issues where they have no line for a few days.. how is it now?

I heard if we port in from singtel to GOMO the process will be laggy
Like slow and we will be pre charged
The payment fro GOMO can’t be paid on axs machine or Sam ?
My family been with Singtel from Ericsson era, from 2 lines to now 4 lines. Never really had any bad experience in service. Superb signal coverage always. To be honest, I've had the most pleasant data experience with Singtel as opposed to StarHub and M1.... Just my $0.02 on this matter.

agree that Singtel coverage is the widest amongst the others.. reasonable for price to edge higher a little but they often price themselves way too high till most people jump ship then they start to react.. I won't comment about mobile plans since I left them long ago and all the way on CIS plans. My family been with Singtel from Ericsson era, from 2 lines to now 4 lines. Called in today thinking to convert 2 SIM only plan to GOMO but due to the different 'system' and hassle of SIM card/billing changes, ended up renewing the SIM only plans for $20/15GB (was 5GB). My own SIM only plan was offered re-contract automatically by Singtel for $20/20GB + free caller ID few months back. A pity no more such package now. It's ok lah considering just small differences in price/data.
By the way the hotline experience was pleasant and CSO are quite professional too. Called 1st time to check for contract date 2 weeks back. Called 2nd time today to re-contract but CSO suggested me to check out GOMO plan before deciding as I asked how come now no more 20GB. Called back again to re-contract and done. Happy enough.

No woh, my Singtel fiber is 500Mbps at $29.81 woh....but their fibre broadband was stuck with the lowest priced option of $69.90 when others where coming out with $29.90 ones. furthermore, (at that point of time) SingTel fibre didn't have native IPv6 support and eventually changed their ONT to ONR instead, meaning I had to use my own router as an access point instead, and doing so meant alot of problems and issue when trying to connect to my work intranet via VPN. so no choice, eventually my contract term was up and I changed my fibre ISP as well...
there is no point stating or telling people what price you are paying for your legacy plan(s) unless you can terminate and subsequently signup for the same price plan or provide a current link that points to a part of their website that allows the public the sign up for the said plan..No woh, my Singtel fiber is 500Mbps at $29.81 woh.
Their chat agent said up to 3 days to port over if everything else is okay. Payments only via credit card, it will be saved in their system and charged every 30 days.
and signed up to port in an existing line on Friday. Same day or actually evening, got a delivery with GOMO sim and a travel sim:
Well then you win. But I'm contented. I don't find sufficient reason to do so. If I did, I would have done so long ago, porting over here and there. I rather save hassle than saving a few bucks if I find the current service is okay to me, which gets free upgrade every now and then.there is no point stating or telling people what price you are paying for your legacy plan(s) unless you can terminate and subsequently signup for the same price plan or provide a current link that points to a part of their website that allows the public the sign up for the said plan..

They always play safe when stating time frame. When I renewed the SIM only contract (5GB to 15GB), they said actual data change within 3 hours, Singtel app update within 24 hours. But in fact Singtel app reflected the change almost immediately upon refresh.Update: Took the plungeand signed up to port in an existing line on Friday. This morning Sunday, my line completed porting over. Did not expect it to be this fast!
Installed GOMO app and it shows the exact usage:
All in whole process done in around 48 hours, impressive. Now hoping VoLTE comes fast to GOMO.

Singtel support volte but i cannot use with google pixel 3.
nobody likes to go thru the disruption from porting.. but maybe fated because due to cessation of cable services, StarHub offered me 2 years free fibre broadband subscription just about 2 months before my Singtel contract reaches its 24th month.. very hard to find a reason not to go thru the disruption of jumping ship..Well then you win. U saying about the main SingTel plans (Combo/SIM Only)?
actually there wasn't any disruption of services..
