Inventory didn't grow much but number of shares grew 10% in the last 2 years. Tough business, less the 10% profit margin.

so would you allocate capital to innovalues or a company like sunningdale?

I had a quick look at Sunningdale's financial statements and found only 1 spot to be a little concern.
1) A growing account-receivable figure from 2013 and also inventory deserves a look in
2) A surge of debt in 2013 from 5.77 to 45.43 million.

No qualitative analysis done... as of now, small punt advised. I think the stock is fairly priced now.
no fear!

Koh Boon Hwee backed with 5c dividend ftw

fyi, koh boon hwee has his skin on sunningdale tech too :s13:
isn't that what I said?

He has a pretty big stake in sunningdale.
Anyway the debt went up cosz they bought company in 2014. Not a problem since they are sitting on plentiful cash

hmm
you do know that the ideal case is inventory shrink and revenue up right...

inventory grow = possibility of slow moving stock and lower demand

In plastic molding and metal stamping industry, one cannot practice Just In Time. Customers will just go to Jabil or Flex etc. They should be smart enough to do schedule sharing where customers are on the hook for the scheduled inventory. Once the machine is setup, just shoot until the order is done. Most of the plastic parts required further processing e.g. painting. But this inventory growth is minimal. With razor thin margin, there is not much profit upside.

game over liao lor..

anyway the announcement few days ago doesn't sound like much... but if you think further... u would consider if the company is in financial trouble until they need to reprice the convertible shares as well as selling assets.

I went to dig their recent financials and the revenue is quite horrendous.....

investors stay away.... traders... risky stock is what you live on...
