Hi ITretard

Not sure what you are looking for in particular in Neratel.

I am vested in Neratel so at least I can share on what I know.

The company has recently started to leverage, the objective is to grow the business in a competitive industry. Competitive advantage is getting eroded by more competition, as you can see from the flat earnings these few quarters.

Dividends of 6 cents/share is probably what entice investors to invest in the company. Do note that they are unsustainable in the long run as they are reducing cash by doing so as payout is >100%.

If you are talking about margin of safety, not much, though if you just close one eye and salivating purely on the dividend yield, do take note of the above concern.

Buy or no buy depends on your risk appetite
