is it easier to walk to Kaifong Street from TMS by taking the Airport MRT or Bus 1819?

Read from the website that the MRT takes only 35mins to reach TMS?
I just need to topup the Youyou card at the airport to use for taking the MRT?

Taiwan Visitor Association is giving out Easycard as freebies now~ Google them!
I'm not sure about the online form too~ But can try!

Beside from TTB, you can buy easycard in any 7-11 in Taiwan including airport. Same as top up.

Use google map and see how far.
Bus is cheaper and dependent on traffic.
Yes, youyou card can be topped up at airport station.
Cost about 160ntd to tms.

If you do not have it, just pay in cash. The savings is not worth buying one.
The free one can be claimed at Taiwan tourism board at Chevron level 10 at downtown raffles place during office hours.

Get there or even use sg local providers roaming may be cheaper for some instances.
