took me 3rd time in taiwan to get use to how to navi ard taiwan main station underground. it easy once u get hang of it to navi ard

Not all countries can use it as tourist. e.g. in Japan, you have to be on business purpose to use this(the immigration officer allowed me to use it at the spot, but mentioned not to use it for non-business purpose). I wonder how they check whether you are on business or just based on trust.
