Tachyons is technically the only imaginary particles in modern day physics that could travel faster than the speed of light and hence allow time traveling, although its in reality impossible to exist.

With the tachyon technology placed in his suit, Reverse flash could technically travel faster than the speed of light.

At any rate, I think there are two reverse flashes (One might come from the future) and two flashes. (one from the future)
