seems like eobard managed to force a reset

no wonder he said eddie is the 'back up option'.

if eddie dies, eobard wouldn't exist, and barry's mum will still be alive. if barry's mum is alive, the timeline is screwed liao. therefore the current timeline is being sucked by the black hole. i think flash go into the black hole trying to stop it, but he will travel into the alternate timeline.

so in the alternate timeline which is likely season 2, barry and mum will be alive. eddie will be alive. everyone will be alive. only flash and cisco will remember what happened in season 1.

I think future Flash will create a loop where RF will follow him into the past and kill his mum, effectively making that timeline more stable. Interesting to see more speedsters in season 2.
