For Barry, he will gets the speedster power because of the chemical injected and Lightning induced. For Junior west and Jesse, they never gets the chemical and lightning treatment, so they may get other power?

On the other hand, in Flash universe, can suka suka create meta human liao if the Star team knows what "ingredients" given will yield what sort of power?

imo in tv universe they need to simplify stuff, power wise it might take a few epi or next season
